Half-dry Moscato Giallo with so much freshness that makes it an aperitif rather than a dessert wine. The intensive and attractive aromatic profile is bursting with meadow flowers and sweet notes of Muscat grapes. Lively acids well-balanced with some mild residual sugar form a special feeling of a savoury, fresh and full wine. It can be used as a welcome drink at parties or a wine served by glass for relaxation and mood enhancement.
In gastronomy this wine is of best use in light oriental cuisine like Japanese, paired with shellfish either with or without pasta, or white meat served with light sauces.
