Bursting with freshness of a cold spring stream full of rapids. Light green-yellow colour, with discrete aromas typical for the variety. Aromas of vineyard peach mixed with hints of acacia flower and early varieties of summer apples. When it starts to open up, typical Riesling aromas similar to petroleum appear. On the palate you can feel playful acidity and clean mineral character, reminiscent of slate. It reaches its peak two years after the harvest, remaining in its prime for another year or two. The taste is marked by a pleasant acidity and citrus aromas in the finish.
Ideal food-friendly wine which can be served as aperitif, as well as with various fish dishes, but also with more fatty and spicy dishes.
